›On Tuesday, June 22, 2004, on the Senate floor in Washington DC, during a verbal exchange and against Senate rules, Vice President Dick Cheney used the f-word and told Senator Patrick Leahy of Vermont to go fuck himself.‹ (Reuters, June 24, 2004) The Texas-born artist David Smithson (USA/HR/D) dedicates this video to how this episode relates to current world events. On the occasion of the American presidential election 'The F-Song' will be screened on only TUESDAY, 4.11.2008, from 19:00 German Premiere in the presence of the artist.
